Commission payments and how to refer new clients - It shouldn't be this hard!

Hi Guys We know many of you are now referring clients to our property division which is great, as some of you know in SE QLD and Sydney prime quality stock is moving very quickly and as such some have been disappointed, it shouldn't be this hard! Right now I can not stress enough the urgency in getting EOI forms in quickly so we can at least hold the property for the client normally 48 – 72 hours sometimes up to a week. To avoid disappointment losing commission and the client going elsewhere it’s paramount you take control and assist your clients quickly. Unfortunately through our quality control process we have seen clients buy less than satisfactory investment properties due to poor advice from your competitors along with them speedily executing the sale.
